Calamansi or calamondin (Citrofortunella microcarpa) is hand-harvested, freshly squeezed, pasteurized (or unpasteurized) and filled. Calamansi juice is perfect for cocktails and non alcoholic drinks, vinaigrettes, sauces, and marinades.
